Wenn Sie sich bei der Grafis-Academy einloggen, werden Sie nach einer Zwei-Faktor-Authentisierung gefragt. Diese dient der höheren Sicherheit, da Passwörter heutzutage nicht mehr ausreichen, um Unbefugten den Zugang zu verweigern. Nachfolgend erhalten Sie eine Anleitung mit den nötigen Schritten.
Für den Prozess benötigen Sie ein Smartphone.
Melden Sie sich auf folgender Seite mit Ihrer E-Mail Adresse und Ihrem Passwort an: https://www.grafis.academy/anmelden/
Sie werden aufgefordert, den QR-Code mit einer entsprechenden App zu scannen. Zum Beispiel mit dem Google Authenticator, oder dem Mircrosoft Authenticator. Gehen Sie dazu auf Ihrem Smartphone in den Play-Store (Android) oder den Apple App-Store (iOS). Suchen und installieren Sie nun die entsprechende App.
Beispiel: Suchen, Installieren und Öffnen des Microsoft Authenticators unter Android
Öffnen Sie die App und fügen Sie ein neues Konto hinzu. Die folgenden Bilder veranschaulichen den Prozess am Beispiel des Microsoft Authenticators unter Android. Scannen Sie bei dem rechten Bild den QR-Code, der Ihnen auf der Webseite (Schritt 2) angezeigt wird.
Nun wurde der Zugang in der App angelegt und Sie können auf den Eintrag „GRAFIS Online-Academy“ tippen (linkes Bild). Der Code wird angezeigt (rechtes Bild) und kann auf der Webseite (Schritt 2) eingegeben werden.
Der Code erneuert sich alle 60 Sekunden. Die verbleibende Dauer wird neben dem Code angzeigt. Ist die Zeit abgelaufen, wird ein neuer Code erzeugt und der alte Code ist ungültig. Immer wenn Sie beim Einloggen dazu aufgefordert werden, können Sie die App wieder starten, den Eintrag „GRAFIS Online-Academy“ auswählen und bekommen einen aktuellen Code zur Eingabe.
When you log in to the Grafis-Academy, you will be asked for a two-factor authentication. This serves the purpose of increased security as passwords are no longer sufficient to deny access to unauthorised parties. In the following, you receive instructions with the required steps.
You will require a smartphone for the process.
Log in to the following page with your email address and your password: https://www.grafis.academy/login/
You will be prompted to scan the QR code with an appropriate app, for example with Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. On your smartphone, go to the Play-Store (Android) or the Apple App-Store (iOS). Search and install the appropriate app.

Open the app and add a new account. The following images show the process, using Microsoft Authenticators for Android as an example. Scan the QR code displayed on the website (step 2) as shown in image 3.
Now, the access in the app has been arranged and you can select the entry „GRAFIS Online-Academy“ (left image). The code is displayed (right image) and can be entered on the website (step 2).
The code is renewed every 60 seconds. The remaining time is displayed next to the code. Once the time has expired, a new code is generated and the old code is invalid. Every time you are prompted during login, you can start the app, select the entry „GRAFIS Online-Academy“ and you will receive a current code for entry.
